1. Stay engaged with your goals and plans to help you fulfill your purpose. The better you are at setting goals and making plans, the better results you will achieve. Review and update your goals and plans at least once a week.
2. Stay engaged and up-to-date with your career community, including your Board of Advisors, CareerTruth Talent Representatives, and CareerTruth Coaches. Ensure you’re talking with people about your career several times weekly.
3. Utilize CareerTruth Library of solutions, articles, and exercises to continue to work with a growth mindset. CareerTruth provides the latest, best-in-class tips and ideas for your career.
4. Open CareerTruth often to keep track of your skill inventories, Roses and Thorns experiences, and the documents stored in your Vault. Record your daily experiences and how much energy you experience. Reflect frequently to increase your self-awareness. Revisiting your experiences, growth, and skills you’ve mastered is rewarding and motivating.
